At Regulation-S.net™, your privacy matters to us. Our site is designed to give you as much control as possible over the privacy of your personal information, when we can collect it, how we can use it, and whether we can share it with others.

Your "personal information" is any information that can identify you as an individual beyond your name, business title(s), business phone number(s) and business address(es).

What personal information do we collect?

If you choose to take advantage of any products or services offered by our member sites, they will require you to register on their site and disclose some personal information to us. As a minimum, the following information is collected:

• First and Last name;
• E-mail address;
• Password;
• Security Phrase;
• State/Province and Country of residence / citizenship.

Your personal credit history is not collected or used by Regulation-S.net™, nor is it disclosed to others. Any banking, stock or credit card account numbers that we may encounter during the course of business with you are stored and transferred using secure encryption methods. They are not forwarded to any party for any reason.

How do we use your personal information?

Regulation-S.net™ uses your personal information to:

• identify you as a customer;
• enhance your experience on our web site by providing interactive or personalized elements to your visits; and

Do we share your personal information with others?

We do not share your personal information with others under any circumstances.

Anonymous tracking and profiling

Regulation-S.net™ assigns a random number to each site visitor to anonymously track content preferences and traffic patterns. The random numbers let us keep track of how many times customers are doing specific things - like visiting our site each month - without knowing who our customers are.

The random number we assign to you is kept in a file on your computer called a "cookie". By themselves, cookies cannot be used to determine your identity. Unless you specifically give us your personal information, Regulation-S.net™ will never know who you are.

We use tracking information to determine which areas of our site visitors like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. Regulation-S.net™ does not track what individual visitors read, but, rather, how well each page performs overall. This helps us to continue to build a better service for you. We also perform ad-hoc analysis of some/all of the data collected to determine if the sites (and their products and services) are performing to expectations and to gauge the value of any new products or services that may be offered in the future.

Our research database does not store personally identifiable information, such as name, address, phone number or e-mail address. Nor does it store sensitive data, like medical or financial information, or any information about sexual preference, race, religion or ethnicity.

Information security

Your personal information is kept in a secure system protected by firewalls and other IT safeguards. It is not accessible through Internet or other web-based connections.

Only those staff members who need to know your personal information to serve you are granted access to it.

E-mail address privacy

We receive many e-mail communications. We do not sell the names or e-mail addresses of individuals who communicate with us through e-mail. We also do not send emails to any of our clients for any reason unless they have specifically requested we do so. Feedback Form

Our web site uses a Feedback Form for customers to let us know what they think of our site and our services. We collect contact information (including e-mail addresses). The contact information is only used to respond to inquiries. Feedback submissions can also be made anonymously.

Cookies

A "cookie" is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your computer system. It can be used to provide you with tailored information from the web site you have visited. Our web site uses cookies in two ways:
